Tradition of Generosity

The MPC field with a large group of people forming a heart shape around the MPC logo.
The degree to which the MPCS community has rallied in support of the campaign has been overwhelmingly encouraging. The fact that the Murray Innovation Center was built debt-free is a testament to the MPCS community’s generosity and its uncompromising commitment to ensure that MPCS students continue to be equipped with the resources to identify and make the most of their God-given talents.

New Opportunities for Generosity

New Campus Master Plan Unveiled

In the fall of 2021, MPCS embarked on a comprehensive and inclusive campus master planning process. Biblical stewardship of the MPCS campus and resources was central to the approach. MPCS enlisted TVS Design, Koons Environmental Design, and UDS Development Services (all involved in the Murray Innovation Center project) to facilitate the planning process for the next 20-year campus plan.

Equipped with stakeholder feedback and a facilities assessment, the project team developed plan concepts and recommended future campus projects. God's direction and provision will be sought as the new master plan serves as a guide for future decisions and the further development of our beautiful campus.

Dining Renovation Coming Soon

In the summer of 2024, MPCS will embark on a capital project to remedy the aging kitchen and overcrowding in our dining room. Originally built to serve 1,100, the dining area now serves nearly 1,500 students and staff on a daily basis. The renovation project will include new kitchen equipment for higher quality, high volume food production; new servery equipment; new dishwashing station for transition to environmentally friendly, reusable dishware; new drink and panini stations; and a variety of seating options. Additional lines, new finishes, and increased seating will streamline service and maximize the space.

Renovations will be funded in part by budget reserves and mostly by key donors and stakeholders. With a lead gift in place for this $2.5M project, we invite families and foundations to partner with us in this critical need to provide enhanced dining service and space for our students.

MPCS has several pre-established endowments for scholarships and facilities. As a forward-thinking goal of the MPCS "Elevate" Strategic Plan, we will be focusing on raising the endowment to new heights.

With God's guidance to ensure the long-term sustainability of our current campus and master plan, we are seeking missional partners. Please inquire for information.

God's Vision Comes to Fruition

Mount Paran Christian School took a major step to finish the original campus master plan by launching the "Imagine Tomorrow" Capital Campaign. The goal was to expand academics, arts, and athletic facilities and programs, while continuing to grow the Annual Fund each year. This campaign was not about buildings. It was about the continued commitment and enhanced ability to provide “academic excellence in a Christ-centered environment.”

History of the "Imagine Tomorrow" Capital Campaign:

For God's Glory

Completing the Original Campus Master Plan

After 12 years and three ambitious projects, families, foundations, and friends gave sacrificially to the mission of Mount Paran Christian School to ultimately complete a $32M capital campaign. The construction of the Murray Innovation Center completed the original Campus Master Plan from 2007.

We are forever grateful and thankful for the generosity of our parents, staff, grandparents, supporting foundations, and corporate partners. Without your joint vision on to complete the final project, new learning, arts, and athletic opportunities would not be possible for our students!
