RISING MIDDLE AND HIGH SCHOOL

Optional summer strength and agility workouts are available to all MPC athletes in any sport, rising grades 6-12. Workouts are held in the Knox Athletic Performance Center. Workouts will be led by MPCS Director of Sports Performance Will Bryan for a total athletic experience in the off-season. The summer workouts are included in the one-yearly MPC athletic fee, paid once by every athlete who participates on a team, regardless of the number of sports played. The fee is required for all athletes, even if athletes opt not to participate in summer workouts.
High School Boys: 8:00-10:00 a.m.
High School Girls: 10:00 a.m.-11:15 a.m.
Middle School Boys: 11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m.
Middle School Girls: 12:15 p.m.-1:00 p.m.
