An important way to support MPCS is to volunteer your time and talent! MPCS has a wide variety of organizations and areas where you can volunteer on a regular basis, or for a one-time need. We encourage you to consider becoming engaged as a volunteer.


Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF)
This group supports academics and the school community through membership, activities and events such as a school-wide festival, spring auction, father-daughter dance, and mother-son picnic, as well as coordinating room moms. There are many ways to volunteer your time with this important organization. Lower School Book Fairs
Week-long book fairs are held twice a year - fall and spring. Volunteers are needed to assist with set-up, break-down, book sales, and helping younger students with selections. Contact Kathy Bridges for details.

High School College Guidance
The College Guidance office presents several events during the school year that requires volunteer assistance:  UGA's Keys to the Dawg House, Christian College Fair, Ask The Experts night, and many college rep visits to campus. Contact Dr. Trici Holmes for details.

The Arts

Mount Paran Arts Council (MPAC)
Parents and friends with an interest in the arts are encouraged to become a member of this organization. MPAC assists in supporting events and performances by the arts departments. Contact: Mount Paran Arts Council

Band Boosters
The marching band and instrumentalists are supported by this dedicated group of parent volunteers who assist the band on game nights, practices, competitions, and other events and performances. Contact Cary Brague for details.


Eagle Backers
This hard working organization keeps busy supporting the 50+ athletic teams at MPCS. Eagle Backers support the athletic program through membership, an annual golf tournament, and serving at numerous sporting events. Click here for more information on Eagle Backers

Christian Life

Men of Mount Paran 
Dads and men of MPCS are encouraged to attend this monthly time of prayer, fellowship, and study of the Word. The group meets the first Tuesday of the month at 6:45 a.m. in the choral rehearsal room of the Murray Arts Center. Contact Steven Kyle for details.

Moms in Prayer
MPCS moms gather each Friday morning to pray for the school, our teachers, students, and staff. Contact Moms in Prayer for details.

Service Day
By far the largest volunteer undertaking of the year, parents and MPCS friends join with our student body, faculty, and staff to take teams out into the community to serve one day each spring. Contact Catina Taliaferro for details.

Bible Studies
