    This is an introductory course in the basics of taping, injury-prevention techniques, and recognition of sports injuries, emergency care skills, basic rehabilitation skills, and sports medicine careers and is designed to give the student an overview of the area of athletic training and related fields.

    Strength training is a combination of weight training, cardiovascular fitness, ply metrics and core fitness activities.
