Summer Workouts

RISING FIFTH GRADE, MIDDLE, AND HIGH SCHOOL

June 3-July 25

Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays

*No workouts May 27-31 or July 1-5. 

Optional summer strength and agility workouts are available to all MPC athletes in any sport, rising grades 5-12. Workouts are held in the Knox Athletic Performance Center and led by our Director of Sports Performance for a total athletic experience in the off-season.

During the dead weeks of May 27-31 and July 1-5, we will provide training plans via TeamBuildr for athletes to complete on their own. 

The summer workouts are included in the yearly MPC athletic fee, paid once by every athlete who participates on a team, regardless of the number of sports played. The fee is required for all athletes, even if athletes opt not to participate in summer workouts. 

High School Boys (rising grades 9-12): 8:00-10:00 a.m.

High School Girls (rising grades 9-12): 10:00 a.m.-11:15 a.m.

Middle School Boys (rising grades 5-8): 11:30 a.m.-12:15 p.m.

Middle School Girls (rising grades 5-8): 12:15 p.m.-1:00 p.m.
