MPCS Senior Student Mock Trial Accomplishments

Coming off a strong year in mock trial, L. Ewell had the opportunity to participate in the University of Georgia Mock Trial Academy this summer, where she showcased her skills and earned the Outstanding Double Threat Award for achieving the highest scores as both a witness and an attorney all while leading her team to victory.

This year, Ewell also attended the Georgia State Bar High School Law Academy, a unique program for students to learn more about Georgia Mock Trial and take the Student Bar Exam. She passed with honors (90%+), earning admission into the 2025 Georgia Student Bar Association Class, which will be honored at the Georgia High School Mock Trial State Championship.

To top it off, Lauren placed first runner-up for her closing argument out of 55 of the top mock trial students in Georgia.
