Our MPCS Mock Trial Legal Eagles competed at the Yale Bulldog Invitational on the Yale University campus. While visiting the ivy league university in New Haven, Connecticut, the teammates and their coaches attended workshops hosted by one of the top collegiate teams in the country, presented their case as attorneys and witnesses in four rounds of competition, relaxed at the beach and local coffee shops, attended a pizza festival and indulged in New England seafood, and picked up Yale memorabilia at the campus bookstore.
Among all students from 26 participating schools (including ivy-league feeders such as American Heritage, Phillips Exeter, and Boston Latin), M. Harvey '26, serving as both a plaintiff and defense attorney, was named the highest ranking individual in the entire competition!
Competitors describe the four-day trip as inspiring, fun, challenging… a priceless experience. The Legal Eagles are excited to begin recruitment for their regular season as the Georgia Mock Trial case drops in just a few weeks. The team looks forward to an exciting year of continued success.
