FACTS Portal Login Instructions

New this year, MPCS has implemented a new FACTS Student Information System which connects directly to your FACTS financial and tuition management account. In late summer, student schedules and information will also be posted through the FACTS Portal. Easy access to your FACTS Portal will make it simpler to connect to your tuition management as well as find student information, schedules, and report cards for the new school year. 

In order to regain access to the FACTS financial account, you must FIRST create a NEW login to FACTS through the FACTS Portal. Use this step-by-step guide to help you get setup.

1. Click this link (and bookmark it) to get to the new FACTS Portal login:

2. Login or click on "Create New Account."

Be sure "mp-ga" is filled in the district code.

Students and staff should use the first portion of their email address as the "username" (i.e. jmsmith25). Students should use their assigned password for access to the FACTS portal.

For establishing new accounts, enter the email address you used to register your child at MPCS (NOTE: Staff members and students should use their MPCS email address). Then tap "Create Account." You will see a confirmation screen appear once you've submitted your account creation request. 

 

3. Check your email. You will receive an email confirmation to verify your newly created FACTS Portal account. Tap "Click to create your family portal login." 

4. Tap "Click to create your family portal login." Use your email address as your username and add a password.

*We recommend you use the same password you chose for the website "Eagle Family Portal" login credentials.
** MPCS faculty and staff should use their staff email address prefix — first initial/last name for the user name (i.e. jsmith).

 

 

5. Welcome to your new FACTS Portal home! From this screen, you will be able to access student academic information, course schedules, and report cards (under student tab in left column). In addition, this is where you will now find all FACTS financial account information. 

 

6. Click on "Financial" in side menu bar. This screen shows you all Eagle Card prepay accounts and balances for the school year. 

 

 

7. Click on "Financial Home" in the righthand box financial links section to get to your tuition management system. Upon first login through the FACTS Portal, you will be asked to setup security questions. You will need to set up a "pin" number to help verify your identity in future logins. The Financial Home page shows you your typical tuition management account screen.

 

 

8. To easily return to the FACTS Portal home, click "sign out" in the upper right corner to toggle back.
