Ike Eisenburg Distinguished Alumnus of the Year 2025

Mount Paran Christian School is proud to present our 2025 Distinguished Alumnus of the Year to Josh “Ike” Eisenberg.

Ike started at Mount Paran in eighth grade at the north campus and graduated in 1999. Throughout his time at Mount Paran, Ike was an active member of the soccer team and helped start FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes) at MPCS. What Ike values the most from his Christian education at MPCS was the influence of Coach Clay Price for pushing him to have a deep relationship with the Lord, and Patty Newman who believed in him when he needed it the most.

Ike’s life verse is Romans 8:18 which reads “For I consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us.”

Ike went on to say “You will be uncomfortable in life and want to quit, or to find an easier way… but to accomplish what you are truly meant to do in life, you must push through the sufferings. Only then will you truly realize the glory you were meant to experience”.

Ike holds a degree in Intercultural Studies from Lee University where he met and developed a lasting friendship with Dr. Tilley. Ike helped start the Alumni Relations program at MPCS and has served on the Alumni Council since inception.

A classmate of Ike’s stated this “Ike has never met a stranger! He is the most gracious and caring person I know. Ike lives out his faith daily, showing Christ to everyone. He is intentional and seeks the best for every person. Ike is truly deserving of the alumnus of the year award!”

Ike is a Wealth Management Advisor and Partner for Anchor Financial Partners. He is married to his wife, Rachel of 23 years, and they have five sons, Braden, Cade, Anders, Arden, and Beckett. They currently reside in Flagler Beach, Florida where they attend Christ Church Daytona.
