Register For The Zone After-School Care For 2026-2027

The Zone after-school care program provided by Mount Paran Christian School for Pre-K3 - grade 8 will begin on the first day of school, August 11, 2026. The program runs from the end of the school day until 6:00 p.m. and students may be picked up anytime in that period. Pickup in Sewell Cottage for preschool children and at the main office for grades Kindergraten-8. Please note that parents may also utilize the drop-in service for $25 per day. All drop-in registration forms are due by 12:00 p.m. on the date of service and are subject to staffing needs.

Please note the following adjustments to the typical after-school care schedule for the 2026-2027 school year:

• Tuesday, August 11, 2026: Preschool will close an hour early at 5:00 p.m. due to orientation.
• October 15-16, 2026: No school due to conferences for grades PK-8
• Wednesday, December 2, 2026: We will close an hour early at 5:00 p.m. due to MPCS Family Christmas.
• Friday, December 18, 2026: Early release days. No after-school care.
• Friday, April 23, 2027: Family Serve Day, half-day. No after-school care.
• Thursday, May 27, 2027: Early release days. No after-school care.

Please note that The Zone charges a $2 per minute, per child late fee for children that are picked up after close at 6:00 p.m. This will apply to the early-close days as well.

Daily Drop-In Form

Though school begins promptly at 7:50 a.m. (and 8:35 a.m. on Late-Start Wednesdays), parents may take advantage of Early Care starting at 7:00 a.m. for supervised study halls. Early Care does not need to be signed up for and is free of charge.
