2025 National Merit Semi-Finalist Selected

Congratulations to MPCS senior E. Konnick who has been recognized as National Merit Semifinalist in the 2025 National Merit® Scholarship Competition. This is a highly esteemed honor putting him in the top 1% of high-achieving students in America. 

More than 1.3 million juniors entered the National Merit Scholar competition, with approximately 16,000 semifinalists recognized in the 70th annual program. Semifinalists are recognized for the exceptional academic promise demonstrated by their outstanding performance on the qualifying College Board test used for program entry. Students entered the National Merit Scholarship Program, a nationwide competition for recognition and awards conducted by National Merit Scholarship Corporation, by taking the 2025 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT®).

To be named a Semiinalist is a huge accomplishment. Congratulations!
