Welcome from Chef Allen

Welcome from Chef Allen

If you are a new student to MPCS this year, the SAGE Dining Services team and I would like to welcome you and encourage you to introduce yourself. Parents are also always welcome to join your child for lunch in the dining hall. Just purchase a $5 lunch ticket when you sign in at the front office.

SAGE Dining Services is committed to working in partnership with MPCS to create exceptional dining experiences that delight the senses, inspire minds, and foster community. We tailor menus for MPCS and then prepare meals from scratch, using seasonal and locally sourced ingredients. If you are an athlete, please ask about our Performance Plate to fuel yourself.  Our teams are built with enthusiastic members who will always go the extra mile to provide great service.

I have worked with SAGE Dining for five years, and I love MPCS and the students, faculty, and staff that we have the privilege to serve.

Bon Appetit,

Chef Allen Clark, Sage Dining Services
