Upon the completion of the capital campaign, we now look to the future of our school. As a cohesive organization, we will begin a community-wide strategic planning process. To do this, we would first like to survey our entire community (board, faculty and staff, students, parents, alumni, etc.) to better understand our Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (S.W.O.T.). Likewise, we will be hosting a school-wide Strategic Planning Forum on January 13 at 6:30 p.m. and will hold multiple focus-group meetings to ensure we are able to capture as much data and feedback from you as we can. Please save this date, and watch for the sign-up links for the focus groups of your choice. The five-year strategic plan will derive from your feedback and will be rolled out for the fall of 2020.
