Best Student Bass Guitarist in Georgia

 

 

Congratulations to ninth-grade performing arts student Will Duncan, as he has competed for and been named as principal bass guitarist in the elite GMEA All-State Jazz Band taking place January 24-26 in Athens! This means that Will, who is currently a freshman, is ranked the best high school bass guitarist in the state of Georgia! This is also an historic moment for MPCS, as Will is our first student to make All-State in the jazz ensemble category. Please join us in commending this fine student on this high achievement. Well done, Will!
