Student Named State Thespian Officer

Student Named State Thespian Officer

Congratulations to A. Buchan on being named a State Thespian Officer for the state of Georgia International Thespian Society (ITS) during the 2021-2022 school year. Miss Buchan has competed with several students around the state of Georgia since August and was elected by a group of her peers on Saturday. She will be one of seven Georgia Thespian Officers to represent over ten thousand Thespians from all over the state. Each officer will personally represent about 2,500 students. Miss Buchan is the first MPCS student to compete for the title of state office and the first from our MPCS troupe to be elected. We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see how your love of theatre and faith will impact thousands of Georgia theatre fans during the next school year and beyond!
