Mount Paran Christian athletics is hosting a spring “Jump Clinic” for our student-athletes, as well as students in the community. Leading the clinic is MPC Coach Frank Adams, a Master Trainer who is regarded as one of the best in the Atlanta Metro area. The clinic will focus on increasing vertical jump, proper jumping mechanics, injury prevention, lower body strength, power, and speed. Athletes will gain the knowledge and training to potentially jump one to four inches higher in just three hours! The clinic will take place Saturday, March 21, from 12:00-3:00 p.m. for athletes in grades 6-12 in the Knox Athletic Performance Center. Click below to register.
