MPCS Artists Chosen for The Center for Civil and Human Rights

The Center for Civil and Human Rights has announced the selection of the following MPCS students to display and exhibit their artwork in the Awoken student art showcase on May 10 at the national center in Atlanta!

  • Bailey Hawkins - “The Judgement Between Us” mixed media
  • Ciara Moore - “Toy Weapon” painting
  • Anthony Edwards - “Concealed Anger” sketch drawing
  • Isabel Garofolo - “Houses of the Holy” sketch drawing
  • Jay Jeon - “Music is My Inhaler” sketch drawing

This program will provide these students a platform to showcase and explain their work to a diverse audience of educators, artists, parents, and peers. We encourage families in our school CommUNITY to RSVP for the Awoken event on May 10 at 6:30 p.m. through the link below.
