Congratulations to our middle school Eagle Robotics teams for earning awards from their First Lego League (FLL) Super-Regional competition this past Saturday. Our eighth-grade team, 6762 Code Busters, won the Robot Design award. The seventh-grade team, 9931 Mindstorm Chasers, won the Core Values award. The sixth-grade team, 19711 Master Builders, won the Team Spirit award. This is the first time in our middle school program that all of our teams made it to the FLL Super-Regional competition AND each won awards! Congratulations to the following middle school Eagle Robotics team members for this great accomplishment: (Grade 8) Sam Haygood, Mike Green, Emma Bethel, Ava Gwinner, Eason Mahon, and Angelo Touma; (Grade 7) Sydney McCune, Lydia Burton, Caroline Bethel, Nathaniel Burnett, Conner Graham, Stanley Morton and Marco Touma; (Grade 6) Lucas Adams, Noah Bailey, Ethan Spaulding, Will Cottingham, and Aiden Gilmore. These students will have their projects and their robots on display while running robot missions on their FLL mission board at our FTC Regional Tournament that MPCS will be hosting on Saturday, January 26.
