Lady Eagles are State Champions

Lady Eagles are State Champions

 

After a season of hard work facing formidable opponents, the Lady Eagles varsity basketball team got it "Dunn!" They pulled out a tough 54-49 victory over Hebron and to become the 2022 Girls Basketball GHSA A-Private State champions!

The team, who were also 2022 Region champs, were sent off in style on Friday, cheered on by students as the bus departed campus for Macon. A strong contingent of Eagles fans also made the trip to support the team, who fought with heart throughout the season to bring home the first-ever girls basketball State title. Way to win the MPC Way!
