Mount Paran Christian athletics is hosting a “Jump Clinic” for our student-athletes, as well as students in the community. Leading the clinic is MPC Coach Frank Adams, a Master Trainer who is regarded as one of the best in the Atlanta Metro area. The clinic will focus on increasing vertical jump, proper jumping mechanics, injury prevention, lower body strength, power, and speed. Athletes will gain the knowledge and training to potentially jump 1-4 inches higher in just 3 hours! The clinic will take place Saturday, November 16, from 12:00-3:00 p.m. for athletes in grades 6-12 in the Knox Athletic Performance Center. The cost is $20 for MPCS students and $30 for non-MPCS students. Click below to register.
