Important Carpool Changes for Grades K-8

Important Carpool Changes for Grades K-8

We are off to a great start to the new school year! As we continue to assess our practices and procedures, we do recognize the carpool changes made this year have not been as beneficial as we had hoped. Therefore, we will make an adjustment after the Labor Day holiday.
Starting Wednesday, September 4, we will implement a NEW CARPOOL system that will make the process smoother, with three (3) pickup locations. The locations will now be determined by last name. You will receive new carpool cards on Thursday, August 29, to indicate your new carpool color and location.
Last Names A-H:
Now will be  BLUE/ORANGE  carpool -
Enter at Stilesboro and pickup at Shelton Circle (by Eagle statue)
Blue (lower school starts at 3:00 p.m.)
Orange (middle school starts at 3:10 p.m.)
Last Names I-O:
Now will be  RED/GRAY  carpool -
Enter at Stanley Road main entrance and pickup at Mulkey front office
Red (lower school starts at 3:00 p.m.)
Gray (middle school starts at 3:10 p.m.)
Last Names P-Z:
Now will be  GREEN/PURPLE  carpool -
Enter at Stanley Road second entrance near railroad and pickup at dining hall
Green (lower school starts at 3:00 p.m.)

*Please note there are NO CHANGES to White/Brown carpool (preschool and PK siblings), walkers, or any high school carpool colors. High school students MAY join their siblings for pickup at the location designated by last name.
We will do our best to pair up carpool group families. However, if you do not receive the correct cards or need to request additional cards, just e-mail your new request or any questions to
Thank you for your patience and flexibility as we aim to minimize your time in the carpool pickup line!
