Hoopcoming, much like our annual Homecoming, includes high school themed dress-down days and decorated hallways and culminates with a presentation of the court and a crowning of the new Hoopcoming King from the senior class. HOOPCOMING WEEK SCHEDULE (for high school only): 

Thursday, January 13

Theme: CLONE DAY (Get as many people as you can to dress alike.)

 

Friday, January 14

Theme: The Main Event

Ninth Grade: Concerts/Music Festivals

Tenth Grade: Opening Night at the Movies/Broadway

Eleventh Grade: Sporting Championships

Twelfth Grade: Carnival/Circus

 

Friday Evening Events

6:00 p.m.: Lady Eagles Basketball versus Christian Heritage

Halftime: Crowning of Hoopcoming King

Between Games: Presentation of the MPCS Distinguished Athletic Alumnus/Alumna of the Year Award

7:30 p.m.: Eagles Basketball versus Christian Heritage

Halftime: Current Students versus Alumni Competition

Fifth Quarter (after the basketball game): Silent Disco in Adair Gym for High School. No cost to students.
