Faculty Spotlight: Claire Mozley

Each week, MPCS highlights a member of the faculty and staff so that our community can further deepen our relationships.

Title: Lower School Spanish Teacher

Number of Years in Profession: 27

Education: BS in Spanish and Secondary Education, Auburn University

Fun Fact: My family lived in Ghana, West Africa for 10 years. My daughter and her husband lived in Egypt for three years, and both of my grandchildren were born there.

Connection to MPCS: My daughter, Maggie, graduated from MPCS in 2011.

What Makes You Excited About Working at MPCS: I love the creative and kind atmosphere that pervades every day at MPCS. Teachers are loving on and encouraging students from the moment they walk in the door. There is an excitement about learning, being challenged, and working through strategies to find a solution. Each student is valued for who they are, just as God created them to be.
