FACTS Online Tuition Portal

FACTS Online Tuition Portal

In preparation for the upcoming school year, Mount Paran Christian School is once again partnering with FACTS to provide an online tuition management system.

FACTS is used by more than 6,000 schools nationally. Here are some of the benefits to you:

  • Convenient online payment plan sign-up
  • Multiple payment options including credit card, check, or auto-draft via bank or credit card for regular tuition fees
  • Safe, secure payment gateway
  • Reduced credit card fees (2.85% instead of 2.99%)
  • Easy 24/7 maintenance of your account information online
  • E-mail payment reminders
  • Simple billing and tracking of extracurricular student fees
  • Bills same tuition, fees, and incidentals
  • 21st century transaction processing capabilities that the school could not provide on its own
  • Private online parent portal to view account charges, payments, history, pull receipts, etc. rather than pdf of bill emailed monthly
  • Provides a mobile app options for additional flexibility (can pay from the beach or the car or wherever you are!)
  • 24/7 customer service, rather than school hours only
  • Precursor to continuous enrollment to simplify annual re-enrollment process for our families
  • Add-on tool to better support incidental sales on our website such as t-shirts, student dance tickets, etc.
  • Offers tuition insurance to families which pays if a family cannot pay balance in certain circumstances
  • Integrates seamlessly with financial aid service already provided by FACTS
  • Helps the school keep tuition costs as low as possible (very low cost to the school for this magnitude of services)

Please note that FACTS will be sending you a direct link requiring set up of your online tuition account. There is a small FACTS enrollment fee with your first tuition payment ($15-$45 annually) to gain the convenience of the FACTS account portal. Student Accounts Manager Kristy Hubbard will always be available for student account-related questions. She can be reached at khubbard@mtparanschool.com or 470-250-0008 ext. 2073.

As always, we thank you for your continued partnership with MPCS and for your support in our efforts of our mission to provide an exemplary, Christian education for your child.
