Artificial Intelligence

Artificial Intelligence

An audience comprised of students, parents, and MPCS faculty and administration gathered on Wednesday, April 10 to hear Mr. Cameron Clayton deliver a lecture entitled “AI is the new IT.” Mr. Clayton explained the all-encompassing extent of Artificial Intelligence to business, medicine, advertising, manufacturing, and even education. He stressed the scope of its influence through the confluence of information to modern decision-making. Special emphasis was given to how moral values can be embedded and reflected in algorithms, and revealed through the way an AI system makes its recommendations to humans. We are very grateful to Mr. Clayton for such an informative and engaging Student STEMinar!
