Congratulations to the MPCS seniors who have been recognized as National Merit Commended Students in the 2023 National Merit® Scholarship Program: C. Butryn, M. Carroll, S. Haygood, J. Jones, W. Osterling, and R. Van de Vate.
Commended Students are recognized for the exceptional academic promise demonstrated by their outstanding performance on the qualifying test used for program entry. Students entered the National Merit Scholarship Program, a nationwide competition for recognition and awards conducted by National Merit Scholarship Corporation, by taking the 2021 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test (PSAT/NMSQT®) last October.
