Service
Fulfilling the Great Commission
As part of our mission, MPCS realizes that, in honoring God, we are also called to love and serve others as a lifestyle.
Students are offered many opportunities throughout the year to engage in service. These opportunities include monthly Serve Saturdays where we partner with non-profit organizations to meet the needs of our community, as well as service clubs both on- and off-campus. Service opportunities culminate in April when school closes for the annual all-school Family Serve Day.
High school students may also serve abroad through short-term missions. Our desire is to help develop the hearts of students as servant-leaders.
Service Opportunities
Sharing our Time and Talents
Our culture of generosity starts with everyone in the MPCS family choosing to do their part. There are always service hour opportunities or areas of the school where anyone may serve. Tap to find out where upcoming needs are and where you can demonstrate servant-leadership.
For I was hungry and you gave me something to eat, I was thirsty and you gave me something to drink, I was a stranger and you invited me in, I needed clothes and you clothed me, I was sick and you looked after me, I was in prison and you came to visit me... ‘Truly I tell you, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers and sisters of mine, you did for me.’Matthew 25:35-36, 40
