Youth Lacrosse Training in Atlanta, GA for Boys and Girls

Coach Arntzen comes to MPC from Whitefield Academy, having been a collegiate athlete in lacrosse. 

Coach Arnold has served at Mount Paran Christian for more than a decade as the middle school P.E. teacher. Coach Arnold is the head coach for varsity football. Coach Arnold is also the high school wrestling coach. A native of Powder Springs and a 1989 graduate of McEachern High School, Coach Arnold was a three sport letterman in football, wrestling, and soccer. Wrestling under legendary Coach Gordon Pritz, Coach Arnold was a member of the first of seven consecutive state wrestling championships at McEachern. Coach Arnold assumed the role of MPC Varsity Football Head Coach during the 2024-2025 season.

A former United States Marine, Coach Arnold received a bachelor’s degree in health and physical education from Kennesaw State University and teaches physical education in the middle school. He comes to MPCS having worked as the youth minister at Powder Springs Methodist Church, coached football and wrestling at McEachern, and coached football, wrestling, and girl’s golf at Cherokee High School. Coach Arnold has been married for more than 20 years to his best friend Heather. The couple has three children, all MPCS students: daughters Nani Grace '23, Emmi Kate '25 and one son, CJ '31.

Erika Eipp Redfearn is the head girls lacrosse coach. She currently serves in the Athletic Department as the Athletic Manager.

Prior to joining MPCS, Coach Redfearn served as an assistant lacrosse coach at Yale University, and Kennesaw State. Coach Redfearn attended the University of Massachusetts Amherst where she was on the Women’s Lacrosse team and was named an All-American. Erika also played professional lacrosse for the WPLL. She was born in Syracuse, NY but attended High School in Boston, MA. Erika has a brother who lives in Atlanta, GA and played D1 lacrosse at Harvard University.

Jerimiah Aiken works at Mount Paran as a middle school PE teacher. He coaches varsity football as the defensive line coach, while also helping coach 7th/8th grade football as an assistant. During the spring, he coaches middle school boys lacrosse.

Emily Land is originally from Kennesaw and graduated from Harrison High School in 2002. She then went to Reinhardt University where she played basketball for four years. She graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration and has completed her Masters Degree in Human Services and Counseling from Liberty University. She has coached basketball at every level for the last seventeen years. She has been married to her husband Caleb for almost 19 years and they have two children that attend Mount Paran Christian School. They are members at Fortified Hills Baptist Church.
