Kyle Reese serves as the Varsity Baseball Head Coach and the Middle School Football Assistant Coach. Reese's coaching career spans more than 25 years.

His experience includes eight years as a professional baseball player: two years of which he was with Atlanta Braves, one year with St. Louis Cardinals and five years with Kansas City Royals. He served 3 years as the assistant bull pen coach for the Kansas City Royals. He is also inducted into the North Cobb High School Athletic Hall of Fame.

His accolades include 2005 Region 5A Coach of the Year, 2013 Region 6A Coach of the Year, 2018 Region 6A Coach of the Year, 2021 Region 6A Coach of the Year, 2021 MDJ Cobb County Coach of the Year, 2021 Georgia Dugout Club Coach of the Year, 2023 Georgia Dugout Coach of the Year , 2023 Atlanta Braves 400 Club Coach of the Year, and 2025 Region 6A Coach of the Year. 

He was selected by the Georgia Dugout Club to coach the 2008 North Georgia All Star Team, the Senior Team Georgia in the Sun Belt Classic in Norman, Ok, and to coach for the 2019 Senior All Star Series. 

Since 2013, under his leadership, 41 MPC players have moved on to the College level since 2013, 6 who have gone to the professional level. The MPC teams have won 6 Region Championships at MPC, 3 State Runner up finishes and 1 State Championship, and 13 State Playoff appearances.

Married to Christina Facelli Reese for 35 years.

Coach Arnold has served at Mount Paran Christian for more than a decade as the middle school P.E. teacher. Coach Arnold is the interim head coach for varsity football. Coach Arnold is also the high school wrestling coach. A native of Powder Springs and a 1989 graduate of McEachern High School, Coach Arnold was a three sport letterman in football, wrestling, and soccer. Wrestling under legendary Coach Gordon Pritz, Coach Arnold was a member of the first of seven consecutive state wrestling championships at McEachern.

A former United States Marine, Coach Arnold received a bachelor’s degree in health and physical education from Kennesaw State University and teaches physical education in the middle school. He comes to MPCS having worked as the youth minister at Powder Springs Methodist Church, coached football and wrestling at McEachern, and coached football, wrestling, and girl’s golf at Cherokee High School. Coach Arnold has been married for more than 20 years to his best friend Heather. The couple has three children, all MPCS students: daughters Nani Grace '23, Emmi Kate '25 and one son, CJ '31.
