Sign Up for the Third-Annual MPCS Pickleball Tournament for LLS

MPCS high school goLEAD is supporting the "Blood Cancer United" campaign for LLS. Your participation in our third-annual MPCS Pickleball Tournament on March 7 from 12:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. will help the high school goLead classes’ join the fight against cancer. Students grades 5-12, staff, and MPCS families are invited to sign up beginner, intermediate, or advanced doubles teams. 

Brad Welty Distinguished Athletic Alumnus of the Year

We are proud to present the Mount Paran Christian School Distinguished Athletic Alumnus of the Year Award to Brad Welty, Class of 1990. Brad had this to say about receiving this award “This award means so much to me! I've simply tried to serve where I felt God called me and do the work faithfully. While I’ve never focused on recognition, it’s incredibly meaningful to have those years of hard work acknowledged by a school that has meant so much to me.”

MPC Athletics Enters Apparel Agreement with Nike and BSN Sports

Mount Paran Christian School is proud to announce a new multi-year partnership with Nike, Inc. and BSN Sports, strengthening its commitment to providing premier athletic gear and branded apparel for student-athletes, coaches, and the MPC sports community. Under this agreement, Nike will serve as the official apparel and athletic equipment provider for Mount Paran Christian athletics, while BSN Sports, a leading distributor of sportswear and equipment, will serve as our brand provider moving forward.

Support All Spring Teams and Join Eagle Backers

Calling all spring sports parents! It's not too late to join Eagle Backers and support your student athlete and their team! Eagle Backers is the parent organization and booster club focused on supporting all teams at all levels. We encourage ALL MPCS families, including winter and spring sports families, to join. Family memberships provide extra support for each team's specific needs to enhance facilities, equipment, and athlete experiences.

Letter Jacket Day and Online Ordering Any Time of Year

MPCS offers high school students who've earned a letter the opportunity to purchase a letter jacket. Letters are earned by playing a varsity sport, participating in an arts competition, or competing on an academic team (robotics/mock trial). On Letter Jacket Day, students can try-on jackets for size. Or click the link to learn how to order online any time of year.

Re1en4less MPC Cheer Team is State Champ Again

The MPC varsity cheer team competed among astute competition in GHSA 1A-3A private to bring home its 14th consecutive State Championship title this season! MPC cheer is the only cheerleading squad in the entire state, across any regional class, to have achieved the impressive feat of 14 consecutive cheer titles, starting with the 2012-2013 season and also holds the most consecutive championships for ANY sport in Cobb county. Congratulations to our athletes on this tremendous milestone!

National Signing Day 2025

Congratulations to our phenomenal student-athletes who signed to take their skills to the next level. During the fall 2025 National Signing Day high school assembly, MPC celebrated three players from the MPCS class of 2026 as they signed their collegiate athletic letters of intent in baseball (GCSU), lacrosse (Ohio State), and golf (Georgia Tech).

Varsity Volleyball Area Champs

An amazing season was had by our MPC varsity MPC varsity volleyball team who ended the year as Area Champions and making it to a Final Four playoff appearance. They finished finished competition strong with 38-12 overall and 8-1 in Area play. We our proud of our Lady Eagles!

Metro 10 Volleyball Champions

Congratulations to our middle school volleyball A team for bringing home the Metro 10 Championship trophy. Defeating Mt. Pisgah, the number one seed, in 3 sets secured their big win as the Champions. Great job players!

Fourth and Fifth Grade Boys Basketball 3v3 League

Boys in rising grades 4-5 are invited to participate in a 3v3 basketball skills league again this winter. Practices start December 1 and official 3-on-3 inter-squad scrimmages will give boys the opportunity to focus on fundamental basketball skills and techniques that translate to game play. Metro 10 Golf Champions

Big congratulations to our middle school boys golf team for bringing home the Metro 10 Championship trophy as they ended their season undefeated. Winning the Metro 10 is no small task among highly competitive teams. Slade Brawner finished with 34 strokes, Michael Rockouski with 35 and Ethan Litschke and Jack Mallouk each with 36, respectively. Congratulations on a great season!

Varsity Volleyball Claims Area Championship

The MPC varsity volleyball team beat Mt. Pisgah 3-0 and claimed the Area Championship! L. Dunn led the team attacking with 15 kills. Serving was led by N. Scheonborn with four aces and E. Kemp completed two blocks for the defense. The team finished the regular season 35-11 overall. On Wednesday, October 15, the Lady Eagles will take on Paideia at home at 5:00 p.m. to start the State Playoffs!

Dedicating The Renovated Knox Athletic Performance Center

Mount Paran Christian School hosted a dedication and ribbon-cutting ceremony for the newly-renovated state-of-the-art Knox Athletic Performance Center and Wellstar | PT Solutions Athletic Training Facility. Thanks to the many generous donors who invested in this project, the now newly-expanded and renovated Knox Athletic Performance Center and the upgraded Wellstar | PT Solutions Athletic Training Facility are now up and running smoothly and efficiently.

Grades 3 and 4 Football and Cheer for 2025-2026

MPC athletics offers boys and girls in grades 3 and 4 the opportunity to join the developmental MPC Rookie Tackle league and MPC cheer team. The season starts when school begins. Please take note of the signup date.

Eagle Backers Scholarship

MPCS senior student-athletes are invited to apply for the Eagle Backer scholarship, funded by a portion of the upcoming Eagle Backers Golf Tournament proceeds. The scholarship is awarded annually to an MPC senior girl and boy who work hard in the classroom and have played at least two JV/varsity sports during their time at MPCS. The deadline is March 27 to submit an application.
