MPCS chooses to offer a full array of up to 23 AP courses because they are universally accepted at all universities for college course credit (depending on exam score), whereas dual enrollment credit transfers are not always guaranteed. Currently, 35 honors courses across all subject areas offer additional rigor and demonstrate to colleges a student's willingness to be challenged.

Whether in the classroom, on the stage, or on the playing field, at MPCS, Christ is preeminent and His Word is lived-out. Students at every grade level are provided weekly opportunities to practice their faith through worship and Bible classes. As part of our covenantal Christian mission, Biblical immersion happens throughout all academic classes to bolster faith and student discipleship.

Faculty in preschool through high school are invested, exemplary educators dedicated to impacting student lives for the Kingdom and teaching every subject through the lens of biblical Truth. MPCS teachers are state-certified/degreed in preschool through grade 5, and state-certified and/or hold discipline-specific/advanced degrees in middle and high school. With an average of 14+ years of experience, MPCS faculty and staff are fully-qualified experts in their field. Most importantly, they are committed to the mission and 100% believers in Jesus Christ.

Mount Paran Christian School has more than 1,300 students enrolled. Regardless of enrollment, MPCS is fully staffed to ensure small class sizes, and more importantly, to be sure every child is KNOWN and LOVED. 

Mount Paran Christian School is nestled in the shadow of historic Kennesaw Mountain with easy access to Marietta/Kennesaw, Barrett Parkway, Cobb Parkway, I-75, and I-575. State-of-the-art athletics and performing arts facilities accompany academic buildings, including the newly constructed Murray Innovation Center. Walking paths and a six-acre lake complement our picturesque 68-acre wooded campus encircled by a gated entrance with full-time security.
